After an attempt to scare him out results in massive damage, Bugs snaps and voices all his repressed anger; the sun comes back out, resulting in Sam going back home. However, the moment Bugs feels forgiving, rain comes back (likely karma's way of teaching him a lesson); he slams the door shut to prevent Sam from coming back.
