Sonic Prime Season 2 Episode 1 Avoid the Void Episode Title: Avoid the Void Episode Description: Following the shattering of the Paradox Prism, Shadow is trapped in the void and can only briefly contact Sonic when he uses his powers. After Sonic is sent back into the Void, Shadow confronts him and tells Sonic that he destroyed their reality by shattering the Prism and can teleport himself by amplifying the Prism energy in his body every time he uses his speed. Shadow reveals he cannot enter any Shatterspace except for one, which leads them to their original universe, now barren. Shadow takes Sonic to the Prism's resting place, where a shard is located and explains that he believes bringing the shards to this world and connecting them could restore their main universe. However, Shadow, refusing to trust Sonic, decides to take his regulators and find the shards himself. Sonic and Shadow clash throughout Green Hill before Shadow returns to the Void, with Sonic gaining control of his Prism energy and chasing him. When they both see the Chaos Council's mothership heading for Boscage Maze, Shadow attempts to follow, but fails. After Sonic saves Shadow from falling into the black hole, he reluctantly decides to trust him and work together to fix their reality as Sonic enters the Boscage Maze.
