Fyodor stabs him but allows Sigma to touch him to reveal everything about his identity. After Sigma loses consciousness, Chuuya shoots Dazai in the head several times. Fukuchi then obtains approval from the government and unlocks Order One to control the military as Aya and Bram stare hopelessly.
