She sends Tama to buy things and asks Gintoki what may have happened to her. When Tama comes back, she is pixelated and her condition got worse. Clueless about what to do, the three Yorozuya bring her to Gengai, who specializes in machines. He tells them that she caught a computer virus and after shrinking them to puppet size, he sends the three Yorozuya to look what's going on in Tama's body. The first thing they find, is a man in a bodysuit, dying and asking them to deliver a message to the Leukocyte King. After this incident their first stop is at the Leukocyte Kingdom.
