The two friends thaw him out and learn that his name is Apéritif. Apéritif introduces himself to Entrée's "delicious" friends, who all admire him more than Entrée. Entrée, thinking he is nothing compared to his brother, decides to freeze himself, but soon discovers that Apéritif is not the gentleman everyone thinks he is.
