One of the Byakuya Gang members, Ryogi, is revealed as the child who befriended Shikadai, and is sent to the Hidden Leaf Village but instead plays shogi with Shikadai again. Later, Shikadai's mother, Temari Nara, ambushes Ryogi and teams up with Boruto and her son to stop them. However, they fail.
