She sees Ryūki once again and presents her proposal for the future of Sa Province. She asks Ryūki to go over her proposal on making Sa Province a center of academic research, and this will benefit Sa Province 100 years later. Everyone is amazed at Shūrei's proposal and supports it. She receives everyone's applause.
