This time the players are people who have all been either directly or indirectly involved in Kei's life as from the beginning of series 1. We see how they die and consequently end up in the room. Once there, they introduce themselves accordingly in an attempt to figure out what is going on. Gantz, however, decides to add a little twist to the game; the target to kill has been set as Kei himself.
