Marsh then forms a new Avengers team called The Mighty Avengers (consisting of Red Hulk, Captain Marvel, Vision, Ms. Marvel, Black Panther, Ant-Man, and Songbird) to go and hunt down the Inhumans while also thwarting Baron Strucker's plot. But when the Avengers get in the way at the hiding place of Iso, Flint, and Haechi, they are forced to battle. Songbird joins the original Avengers when she realizes that this isn't what the right thing to do is. The Avengers then get arrested, but Black Widow escapes.
