Miorine accepts Prospera's demand in return for her freeing Suletta, although the latter warns that her daughter will not part with the Aerial willingly. Meanwhile, Shaddiq makes an alliance with Peil Technologies, offering them the rights to Gund-Arm Inc. in return for their support in the election. At Asticassia, Elan confronts Suletta and demands the Aerial but Guel, who just re-enrolled, chases him off, forcing him to blackmail Grassley House into hiding him with Norea and Nika to escape punishment. Guel opens up to Suletta about his situation and once again confesses to her, but she turns him down. However, having overheard their conversation, Miorine has Guel challenge Suletta to a duel after telling him about Prospera and striking a deal: she will marry him and help his company recover if he wins the duel with the bet being ownership of the Aerial. In the end, despite facing trauma from his father's death, Guel manages to win thanks to the Aerial shutting down upon its Gund-Format reaching the level required for Quiet Zero due to a virus that Prospera and Miorine uploaded into it. Afterward, Miorine approaches Suletta, reveals her sabotage, and takes away her Holder title, leaving her heartbroken.
